As a South Florida professional real estate consultant for the past 15 years, Trish approaches working with real estate clients differently than a traditional realtor.  She believes that it’s all about you.  As a founding member of EXP Realty’s Luxury Division, Trish is passionate about helping sellers and buyers in world class waterfront communities catering to the South Florida lifestyle.  She continually ups her game so that you, her clients, can benefit from her skill, her experience, and her expertise as you work your way through the selling and/or buying process.  Having earned multiple professional awards and designations, Trish always finds her greatest reward is happy sellers and happy buyers at the closing table.

CIPS, Certified International Property Specialist:  Trish was awarded the CIPS based on her knowledge and experience with international transactions, including local sales with foreign national clients as well as inbound and outbound referrals with our international referral partners.  As the world becomes smaller, we know that affluent buyers have a choice about which country in which they choose to buy their world-class beach home! We keep abreast of where our buyers come from in local waterfront markets, and we market accordingly. 


ABR, Accredited Buyer Representative:  Trish is an accredited expert in buyer representation, and has taught this important process to real estate professionals over the years.  She knows the sell side and the buy side of real estate.  Trish knows what it takes to quickly clarify what our buyer clients are seeking, what resources will be needed to get it, and how to find it efficiently and effectively.  It all starts with a great initial buyer consultation!

Ralph exercises a high degree of concern and care for our buyers and sellers.  He oversees vendors (sign installers, inspectors, appraisers, contractors seeking access to provide bids for buyers, etc.), and arranges showings, and most of all, uses his amazing talents to visually market homes for our sellers.

Photography, Technology, & Information Technology
Ralph brings his considerable talent and experience in visual imagery to our sellers.  As a seasoned broadcast engineer with 3 national networks in the greater New York market, Ralph has an extensive background in professional photography and videography.  With each residence he seeks to depict the spirit of the home through his expertise in perspective and lighting.  He prepares a full set of images for each residence we sell and presents them in digital and print marketing to introduce people to your home.  Ralph’s knowledge of information technology allows him to get your listing in all the right places so your residence gets the exposure to the right target markets full of prospective buyers.

Real Estate Investment Experience
Ralph’s experience and background as a multi-unit property investor, owner and landlord provide realism when reviewing property inspection reports and assessing repair & improvement priorities. 

Extensive Waterways Knowledge & Boating Experience
As a lifelong boater and a Coast Guard Auxiliary member, Ralph knows the local waterways and can assist in identifying no-fixed-bridge ocean access canals, dockage options, and great boating communities that will accommodate a vessel if you own one or plan to purchase.
